Mama Village Mothers' Groups
The Mama Village is a great starting point for mums who are looking for more support and guidance. Join anytime during school terms where you can gain evidenced-based knowledge and connect with other mums over a cuppa. Ask questions, feel heard and supported and build lasting friendships.
Circle of Security® Parenting™ program
The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program helps parents understand attachment parenting and how to raise secure children. Parents will receive essential training through DVD clips and reflective questioning and it will help increase each parent’s awareness of their child’s needs and how to respond to and meet those needs in a way that builds a secure relationship. Parents will be given the knowledge and skills to look beyond their child’s immediate behaviour to meet their genuine relationship needs.
Individual Counselling
Discuss motherhood struggles in a confidential and therapeutic environment with a qualified clinical social worker. Counselling sessions can be in person at Coorparoo or via Zoom.
